This event is taking place as I am adding this post (I haven’t been online and am just now seeing it). It will also be aired on TV Azteca at a later date.

Houston’s La Mafia is being honored for 30 years of Tejano music, right in its hometown.

Premios Premmusa rolls out the red carpet tonight to honor strictly regional Mexican acts, topped by Oscar de la Rosa and crew. The group released its first album in 1980.
